Human Resources Associate


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1+ year of experience in HR or related functions

  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and HR practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
  • Prepare HR documents such as offer letters and appointment letters
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems
  • Support performance appraisal and employee feedback processes
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and internal communications
  • Coordinate onboarding and exit formalities
  • Support payroll processing and liaise with accounts department
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
  • Prepare basic HR reports and analytics for management review
