Human Resources Associate

As an HR Assistant, your role will involve assisting with recruitment efforts, coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, and maintaining employee records. You will support the HR team in administering benefits programs, preparing HR documents, and organizing employee engagement events. Additionally, you will help ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews - Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires and ensure all documentation is completed - Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and physical files - Support HR team in administering benefits programs and resolving employee inquiries - Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policy documents - Assist in organizing employee engagement events and HR initiatives - Help ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in HR or related field preferred - Strong organizational and communication skills - Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus Please note that the company provides food, leave encashment, and Provident Fund as benefits.
