Lead, guide, and motivate the Closing Team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Handle all closing-related activities including client meetings, negotiations, and documentation.
Ensure timely follow-ups with clients, channel partners (Cps), and brokers to maximize closures.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through effective communication and customer service.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Pre-Salesteams to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.
Conduct sales reviews and performance analysis to identify gaps and areas of improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of professionalism.
Represent the company in client meetings, events, and promotional activities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi).
Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
Smart, confident, and positive attitude with good problem-solving ability.
Good local network and understanding of the Thane / MMR real estate market.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
