About the Role

Key Responsibilities


Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Take over client relationships during transitions and ensure seamless handover.
  • Build trust with hiring managers, HR, and procurement teams.
  • Conduct regular review meetings to align on performance and goals.


Requirement Intake & Delivery Coordination

  • Conduct JD intake calls and understand role expectations clearly.
  • Liaise with internal recruiters to ensure timely submissions and closures.
  • Share real-time updates on position status, pipeline progress, and challenges.
  • Maintain strong oversight on TAT, submission quality, and interview ratios.


Escalation & Issue Resolution

  • Address bottlenecks or delivery issues proactively.
  • Coordinate internally to resolve client concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Ensure adherence to client SLAs and hiring processes.


Reporting & MIS

  • Track and maintain dashboards for submissions, interviews, offers, and joinings.
  • Share weekly/monthly performance reports with clients.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve delivery outcomes.


Growth & Upsell Opportunities

  • Identify opportunities to expand the scope (additional roles, new locations, volume hiring, RPO, etc.).
  • Strengthen long-term retention and partnership value.

Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate preferred
  • 4–8 years of experience in staffing, recruitment operations, client servicing, or account management
