Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Public Relations (PR) Manager to lead our communications efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution skills, particularly in client relations, cross-functional coordination, and social media management. Key Responsibilities Client Handling & Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships, understanding their objectives, and ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction. Coordination with Multiple Teams: Serve as a liaison between the PR department and other internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Creative) to ensure cohesive strategy execution and consistent messaging across all channels. Team Work & Leadership: Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, mentoring junior staff and working effectively with peers to achieve collective goals. Social Media Platforms Management: Oversee the strategy, planning, content creation, and execution for the company’s and clients' social media platforms, ensuring brand voice consistency and driving engagement. Reporting & Performance Analysis: Track, measure, and report on the performance of PR and social media campaigns using relevant metrics (KPIs), providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders and clients. Strategy and Content: Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies, and handle crisis communications. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: Proven experience in public relations, communications, or a related field, with demonstrated success in managing client relationships and social media platforms. Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate, negotiate, and coordinate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Communication Skills: Superior written and verbal communication skills; adept at presenting information clearly and persuasively. Organizational Skills: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously. Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), analytics tools, and PR software. Education A Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline is required.
