As a dynamic and strategic Client Relations Manager, your role will involve leading the client servicing team, driving business growth through effective lead conversion, project coordination, and post-sales relationship management. You will be responsible for strategizing, mentoring, and monitoring a team of Client Relations Executives to ensure seamless communication between clients, design, and estimation departments, and nurturing long-term client relationships. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Team Strategy & Leadership** - Develop strategies and workflows for lead generation and conversion. - Monitor and mentor a team of Client Relations Executives. - Set targets and ensure team performance through regular reviews and feedback. - **Lead Management & Conversion** - Oversee the lead funnel from generation to appointment scheduling. - Ensure efficient handling and routing of all leads for detailed discussions. - Personally handle key clients and high-value projects. - **Coordination with Design & Estimation** - Work closely with the design department for timely progress on client briefs. - Coordinate with the estimation team for accurate and competitive pricing. - Mediate and negotiate between clients and the estimation team for alignment on expectations and budget. - **Deal Closure** - Take ownership of follow-ups leading to deal closure. - Address client queries, concerns, and objections professionally. - Ensure completion of documentation and approvals before project commencement. - **Post-Closure Client Engagement** - Act as the primary contact for clients from closure to commissioning. - Conduct regular check-ins with clients throughout the execution phase. - **Project Wrap-up** - Ensure completion of the Work Completion Report. - Collect client testimonials and feedback for future references and marketing purposes. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field. - 5+ years of client servicing experience, preferably in interior design or allied industries. - Proven leadership and team management skills. - Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and manage client expectations across multiple projects. - Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and business communication platforms. **Key Attributes:** - Client-centric mindset with a solution-driven approach. - High emotional intelligence and persuasive communication skills. - Attention to detail and strong follow-through. - Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills.
