We are looking for a dynamic and growth-driven Client Acquisition & Partnerships Lead to spearhead sales initiatives within the office furniture and interior solutions segment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and excels at converting opportunities into high-value business. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, nurturing long-term client partnerships, and ensuring a premium customer experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Market Expansion
Drive end-to-end acquisition of new clients through field outreach, networking, industry connects, referrals, and targeted prospecting.
Develop and execute strategic plans to grow revenue and expand market penetration.
Engage architects, interior designers, contractors, and corporate decision-makers to develop long-term partnerships.
Identify emerging trends, project opportunities, and competitive insights to shape sales strategy.
Customer Engagement & Retail Interaction
Manage walk-in customer interactions with a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
Understand client requirements and recommend the right furniture and interior solutions.
Present product features, customization options, and pricing with clarity and confidence.
Deliver exceptional customer service to improve conversion, satisfaction, and repeat business.
Project Coordination & Execution
Collaborate closely with internal design, production, supply chain, and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Maintain updated product displays, showroom standards, and inventory accuracy.
Track leads, conversions, and client interactions through CRM tools and sales dashboards.
Represent the brand at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to enhance visibility.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field preferred (relevant diplomas accepted with strong experience).
5–10 years of proven sales or client acquisition experience in office furniture, interior solutions, fit-out projects, or home décor retail.
Demonstrated success in building networks, creating opportunities, and closing high-value deals.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Comfortable conducting field visits, site meetings, and client presentations.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and basic retail/POS systems.
