- Vendor management-
• Coordinating with team to drive pickup numbers for the city
• Should plan and strategize daily pickup targets
• Onboarding new set of vendors for Market Place model Conducting daily/weekly
and monthly reviews with team to build traction in sales number
• Should be aware of territory and region to build network
• Traveling extensively in a month meeting all the on-boarded vendors, gathering
feedback on a monthly basis
• Daily reporting to central team for numbers and strategy
• Strong knowledge of mobile phone industry
• Knowledge of geography/ region scale to generate new vendors
• Team handling skills and experience
• Problem solver
• To possess good decision-making skills and ability to take wise decisions for the
growth of business
• Good time management skills
• Should have crisis handling experience
• Should be able to stretch and drive numbers for business
• Should be visionary and have ability to be vocal and confident
• Strong analytical skills- Data annotation ability
• Extensive traveling is required
• Graduate/ MBA Sales and marketing
• Industry preferred- Smartphone, Telecom, Retail sales
