Position: City Head Department: Sales Vertical: Home Loan & Loan Against Property (LAP) Location: Mumbai Role Overview: The City Head will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales operations for the Home Loan and LAP business within the assigned city. This includes team management, business development, process adherence, and achieving disbursement targets. Key Responsibilities: Business Planning & Execution: Develop and execute city-specific sales strategies to drive loan disbursements. Recruitment & Training: Hire and train staff, ensuring alignment with company standards and performance expectations. Channel Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, and channel partners for business sourcing. Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure all documentation and processes comply with regulatory and internal guidelines. Performance Monitoring: Track team performance using defined KPIs and take corrective action as needed. Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of competitor activity and market trends to adapt strategies accordingly. Key Requirements: Minimum 10+ years of experience in Home Loan or LAP sales, with at least 5 years in a team management role. Banking, NBFC, or HFC background is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Graduate/Post-Graduate in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Show more Show less
