BASIC Home Loan is committed to making housing more accessible and #ChangingHomeLoansForGood. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a CITY Head, located in Chandigarh. The CITY Head will be responsible for overseeing the operations within the city, managing a team of home loan agents, ensuring targets are met, and providing strategic direction. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including financial institutions and local authorities, to facilitate home loan disbursements. The CITY Head will also mentor and train agents, monitor performance, and ensure customer satisfaction.
