Reports to: Director / Sr. Vice President

Job Purpose

To directly manage and streamline day-to-day manufacturing, supply chain, and branch operations. The COO will ensure cost efficiency, timely production, and customer satisfaction while building systems and teams to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee end-to-end plant operations (production planning, maintenance, quality control, dispatch).

· Implement lean practices to reduce wastage and improve efficiency.

· Closely monitor sales support, order fulfillment, and after-sales service.

· Build and standardize processes for branch coordination, customer support, and vendor management.

· Partner with Director/ Sr. VP/VP on business expansion, new product development, and CAPEX decisions.

· Drive training, skill development, and performance management of shop-floor and branch teams.

· Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

· Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, plant management, and supply chain.

· Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization.

· Strong financial and business acumen.

· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

· Ability to drive change management and digital transformation.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Production / Mechanical / Industrial Management.

· 15–20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with at least 5–7 years in a senior leadership role.

· Proven track record of scaling operations, improving efficiencies, and delivering business growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
