Job Description

SUMMARY

Summary

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO Projects) to lead the execution and delivery of capital equipment and project business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project delivery, managing cross-functional teams, handling vendor and customer relationships, and ensuring efficient day-to-day execution. This role requires a high level of mental strength, dependability, and the ability to handle complex situations independently.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of capital equipment and turnkey projects
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards
Oversee cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and execution
Handle escalations, client concerns, and operational challenges independently
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners for quality and timely outcomes
Safeguard and enhance the company’s brand reputation through reliable delivery
Track project KPIs and drive continuous process improvement
Ensure full compliance with industry, safety, and regulatory standards

Requirements

Requirements:

12+ years of experience in project execution and operations in capital equipment, EPC, or industrial sectors preferably with exposure to Paint Shops and Powder Coating Plants
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently under high-pressure scenarios
Proven experience managing customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
Excellent communication, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities
High mental resilience with the ability to stay composed in challenging situations
Background in engineering or a relevant technical domain preferred
Execution-oriented mindset with sharp business and operational judgment
Preferably between the ages of 48 and 55
