ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a strong, system-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO)

who can take complete ownership of daily operations, team discipline, SOPs and scaling.

This role is for someone who can run the company without founder dependency

and build a process-driven, multi-branch operation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations & Execution

• Manage end-to-end operations of multiple branches

• Control GM, Branch Managers, Team Leaders & Executives

• Ensure smooth calling, sales, dispatch & delivery flow

• Reduce NDR, RTO & operational leakages

System & SOP Building (Core Responsibility)

• Create & implement SOPs for:

• Calling & Sales

• NDR / RTO

• Dispatch & Logistics

• HR & Attendance

• Reporting & Reviews

• Shift operations from person-dependent to system-dependent

Reporting & Performance

• Daily 2-hour performance reporting

• Evening summary to Founder

• Weekly & Monthly MIS

• Data-driven decision support to leadership

Team & Discipline

• Attendance & productivity control

• Performance improvement & warning systems

• Training & onboarding systems

• Hiring coordination with HR

Scaling & Expansion

• Standardise branch model

• Prepare duplication & franchise-ready systems

• Support new branch launches

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 7+ years experience in Operations / Business Management

• Experience handling 30–100+ team members

• Multi-branch or multi-location exposure

• Background in Healthcare, Clinics, Wellness, Call Centers , EdTech Ops or Retail

• Strong in process, reporting & discipline

• Calm under pressure, execution-focused mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
