Job Title: International Outbound Sales Executive – Captive Unit
Location: Gurgaon
Shift: Fixed Night Shift (11:30 PM – 8:30 AM)
Salary: ₹34,000 In-Hand + Unlimited Incentives
Experience Required: Minimum 9 months in International Voice Sales

Job Description:

We are hiring International Outbound Sales Executives for our Captive Unit. The role involves direct upselling to global customers through voice calls. The ideal candidate should have a flair for communication, strong persuasion skills, and prior experience in international outbound sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to international customers to promote and sell company products/services.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer objections effectively and close deals confidently.
• Maintain call quality and customer experience standards.
• Update CRM tools accurately post interaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 9 months of experience in International Outbound Sales (Voice Process).
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent.
• Strong convincing and upselling skills.
• Comfortable working in a fixed night shift.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and earning incentives.
