We're currently looking for a dynamic HR Intern who is enthusiastic about learning and contributing to real-time HR operations, hiring strategies, and people engagement processes. Key Responsibilities Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews) Support HR documentation (offer letters, onboarding, exit formalities) Help maintain and update HR databases and employee records Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures Participate in training & development coordination Contribute ideas and support for building a strong company culture Who Can Apply Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources / Management / Psychology / Business Administration Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Eager to learn, proactive, and can work independently Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace Experience with LinkedIn or recruitment platforms is a plus Interested profile DM @9599110350 Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Fixed shift Monday to Friday UK shift US shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Language: English (Required) Location: New Delhi, Delhi (Required) Work Location: In person
