HR Intern – Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources and work closely with our HR department on daily tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment activities such as job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Support HR operations and documentation
• Help maintain employee records and internal databases
• Assist in onboarding and orientation processes
• Coordinate with team members for various HR-related tasks
• Contribute to employee engagement activities and events
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR functions
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Eager to learn and proactive

Stipend:
A monthly stipend will be provided based on performance and company policy.Between 3K to 8K

Location: Jagatpur Road, Ganesh Glory 11
Internship Duration: 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM
