Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job listings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Coordinate employee onboarding and training programs
Manage employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs
Support the HR team with performance management and employee relations initiatives
Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives
Assist with other HR tasks as needed to support the overall function of the department
Office time 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM
