Internal, External, CAG to ensure successful audit results and compliances. Co-ordination with finance team of the parent company for consolidation of accounts. Identify potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, laws, and standards. Team Leadership and Development: Supervise and mentor the Finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Provide guidance and training to team members on financial processes, procedures, and tools. Identification of training needs of the team and addressing them.
