Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and implement procurement plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.

• Vendor Management:

• Source, evaluate, and manage vendors for goods and services including logistics, IT equipment, scanning hardware, consumables, office supplies, and third-party services.
• Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Conduct periodic vendor performance reviews.

• Purchase Operations:

• End-to-end procurement process management: RFQs, RFPs, vendor selection, purchase order (PO) creation, and delivery follow-up.
• Ensure timely procurement to support operational needs and project deadlines.

• Compliance & Documentation:

• Maintain all procurement records and ensure adherence to internal policies, audit norms, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with Legal and Finance teams for contract management and payment processing.

• Inventory & Asset Management:

• Collaborate with warehouse and asset teams for inventory optimization.
• Track consumption and ensure timely replenishment of critical supplies.

• Cross-functional Coordination:

• Liaise with operations, admin, IT, and project teams to understand requirements and deliver procurement support accordingly.

Key Skills Required:
