Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handling procurement team responsible for procuring complete range of products required for the functioning of the plant, like P.M. Electrical goods, mechanical items, Fabrication job, Civil products, Lab Instruments, Capital items Safety products. Etc.
To ensure a smooth supply of material required for daily consumption, production, and packaging.
To raise AMC / Service and rate Contract required for regular maintenance of machines & other equipment for smooth functioning of Plant & machineries.
Co-ordinating with all departments and working in tandem with stores.
Developing Vendors: To identify the right vendor and the right product.
Negotiating with vendors Finalizing the prices and Terms and conditions to the best of ability.
Developing alternate sources and alternate / substitute material.
Ensuring implementation of SOP within the department and following all the guidelines required audits to obtain various certifications.
Hands on SAP HANA PR to PO process.

Qualifications and Experience:

BE/Btech.(Mechanical/ Electrical)
MBA SCM with 6 to 11 years of experience.
Relevant industry experience, from the packaging industry

Competencies Requirement

Fluent in English speaking & writing
Able to handle work under pressure.
Good Leadership skills & Team player
Great Interpersonal and communication skills
Computer skills Good at SAP , Excel , word & PPT
