• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with solar business objectives.
• Lead negotiations and finalize contracts for solar modules, project equipment, and BoP items.
• Establish long-term partnerships with global and domestic suppliers to ensure reliable supply, quality, and competitive pricing.

2. Vendor Development & Management

• Manage a strong vendor base for construction and building materials with focus on diversity, sustainability, and compliance.
• Handle end-to-end vendor management for construction projects and ensure timely availability of all required materials.
• Maintain strong real-estate network for reliable sourcing and competitive pricing.
• Evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality, timelines, and contractual adherence.

3. Commercial Excellence

• Drive cost optimization through strategic negotiations, localization, and alternate sourcing.
• Benchmark prices, analyze market trends, and proactively identify supply chain risks.

4. Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, guide, and mentor procurement teams across corporate and site functions.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Projects, Finance, Legal, and Operations.

5. Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure procurement activities comply with corporate governance, statutory regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks proactively.
