Job Description

Preferred candidate profile

To manage sales and marketing activities for key accounts in the flexible packaging domain, including nurturing existing relationships, on-boarding new customers, and driving year-on-year business growth. The role demands close coordination with internal stakeholders and customer teams across procurement, planning, R&D, branding, and plant operations.

Role & responsibilities

Drive business generation from existing accounts through proactive servicing and coordination with plant and sales support teams
Engage with customer-side stakeholders: Procurement, Planning, R&D, Brand, and Plant teams
Travel to customer sites for relationship management and deeper business understanding
Pitch new solutions to existing customers to expand wallet share
Prospect and convert new customers to achieve YoY growth targets
Visit GLS Plant to facilitate order conversion and production alignment
Ensure timely collections and monthly budget achievement.

Qualifications & Experience

Education -Graduate, MBA S&M
Domain-Preferably from Flexible Packaging; open to other packaging formats
Experience:10-15 years in B2B sales/marketing; preference for male candidates
Skills- Strong client servicing, solution pitching, and stakeholder engagement
