Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO) Location: Brainloop Initiative, Kadavanthra, Kochi Job Type: Full-time | On-site Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience) Working Hours: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM About Brainloop Initiative Brainloop Initiative is a fast-growing educational institution in Kochi, known for its innovative teaching methodologies and commitment to academic excellence. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our operations as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and ensure seamless execution of day-to-day institutional functions. Role Summary As the COO, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall administrative, operational, and strategic functions of the institute. You will work closely with academic heads, administrative teams, and the management to ensure high standards in academic delivery, operational efficiency, and student-parent engagement. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage day-to-day operational activities across all departments. Coordinate between academic and non-academic teams to ensure smooth execution of schedules and services. Monitor admissions, student services, facility management, and logistics. Develop and enforce internal policies and operational workflows. Track performance metrics and generate operational reports for management review. Act as a point of contact for vendors, regulatory bodies, and external partners. Resolve escalated issues related to students, staff, or operations with professionalism. Work with finance and HR teams for budgeting, payroll, and staffing coordination. Assist in strategic planning and implementation of new academic programs or branches. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Management, Education, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an operations or administrative leadership role (preferably in the education sector). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English; knowledge of Malayalam is a plus. Hands-on with tools like MS Office, spreadsheets, and ERP/CRM systems. Additional Requirements Must be available for the 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM shift. Should be highly organized, reliable, and committed to institutional growth.
