Position Overview

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations, improving operational efficiency, implementing business strategy, and driving expansion plans across Karnataka and South India. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, analytical ability, and execution capability to scale a high-growth business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall business operations across branches
• Develop and implement operational systems, SOPs & performance frameworks
• Drive expansion strategy, including branch growth & new business verticals
• Ensure high customer service standards & compliance in gold buying process
• Optimize financial and operational performance
• Manage P&L, budgets, and financial planning
• Implement technology-driven process improvements
• Build and lead cross-functional teams; mentor and develop leadership talent
• Monitor market trends, competition, and regulatory changes
• Work closely with the CEO & Board for strategic alignment and decision-making

Required Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM from IIM or premier institution (preferred)
• Proven track record in operations, business strategy, or retail financial services
• 5+ years of experience in a senior management or leadership role (preferred)
