Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Leadership and Oversight

· Provide strategic oversight and daily operational direction including 2 Hospitals, 5 Assisted Living Facilities, 2 Clinics, and the Home Care Service.

· Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, procedures, and performance metrics to ensure consistency and excellence across all locations.

· Ensure all facilities meet the highest service standards while achieving optimum cost and resource efficiency.

· Oversee facility management, supply chain, and logistics to ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-equipped environment for patients and staff.

2. Financial Stewardship and Cost Management

· Collaborate with the Finance team to manage operational budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and efficiency gains.

· Ensure the organization's operational and financial stability and robust cost control to attract and sustain investor confidence.

· Analyze financial reports, operational data, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to make data-driven decisions that improve profitability and resource allocation.

3. Strategic Planning and Growth

· Contribute to the development and execution of long-term strategic plan, focusing on operational expansion and service line integration.

· Identify opportunities for technological adoption, process improvement, and service standardization to enhance operational effectiveness.

4. Team Leadership and Culture

· Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Operation professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.

· Ensure effective communication between operational teams, clinical staff, and executive leadership.

5. Quality, Safety, and Compliance

· Guarantee compliance with all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations across all facility types.

· Champion quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs to maintain commitment to high-quality care.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
