Job Description

We are a UK-based World’s leading executive search firm specializing in Real Estate and Hospitality. We have established offices globally and delivering top-tier talent solutions across the globe. We are looking for a versatile and proactive individual to join our growing team. Location: Mumbai (Hybrid: Only 2 days from office ) Key Responsibilities: Leadership EA Support & Strategic Execution - Work closely with the Managing Director to plan, execute, and monitor business priorities. - Drive accountability across key initiatives and follow up on action points. - Provide comprehensive support to the MD, including calendar management. Operations and Admin - Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the India office (Admin, Ops, vendor coordination). - Design or refine internal processes and lead with automation and productivity tools. Business Intelligence & Data Research - Oversee or support market mapping, data management, and research coordination for search assignments.. - Maintain and update internal CRM and candidate databases. Client & Stakeholder Coordination - Support client engagement activities, pitch decks, and reporting. - Liaise with UK/global teams to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables. - Handle confidential or time-sensitive matters with discretion. Special Projects - Lead strategic initiatives such as market entry assessments, regional expansion planning, branding campaigns, or new tech tool implementation. - Organize internal and client events, team offsites, or operational reviews. HR Coordination - As the HR Lead; Support hiring, onboarding, and HR policy implementation. Marketing Support: - Assist with marketing activities, content creation, and social media updates. Must-Have Skills: - Excellent communication skills: Strong written and verbal skills. - C-suite leader management. - Strong Microsoft Office proficiency: advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and basic design. - Research and data mindset: Analytical approach to data management and research tasks. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic environment.
