As an Analyst in the Founder's Office at DATOMS, you will play a crucial role in supporting the leadership team by providing essential assistance in financial planning, project management, and fundraising activities. Your primary responsibilities will involve: - Analyzing financial data and generating insights to support decision-making - Creating detailed financial and business reports, presentations, and executive summaries for senior management - Managing investor relations and supporting fundraising efforts by developing financial models and pitch decks - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data and contribute to strategic projects - Conducting research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making processes - Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance financial operations and business efficiency To excel in this role, you are required to have: - Completed an MBA from a reputable business school like IIM - A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field - Minimum 1 year of experience as an Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably in a tech startup or VC firm - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets effectively - Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex ideas clearly - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with data visualization tools Your success in this position will be enhanced by your ability to thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, demonstrating initiative, problem-solving skills, and a high level of integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive information.,
