Now, we’re looking for an energetic Business Development Representative (Outbound) who’s eager to drive new opportunities and help bring Dopplr’s technology to leading global fashion brands. Role Overview You’ll be at the forefront of Dopplr’s outbound sales engine — identifying, researching, and reaching out to the right decision-makers across fashion and retail. You’ll leverage tools like HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build outreach sequences, engage prospects across channels, and set up qualified meetings that convert to deals. This is a hands-on, high-energy role — perfect for someone who loves connecting, experimenting, and hustling to open doors. Key Responsibilities - Own outbound lead generation — identify, research, and target fashion and eCommerce brands aligned with Dopplr’s ICP. - Build and execute multi-channel outreach via emails, cold calls, and LinkedIn. - Use HubSpot CRM, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator daily for prospecting, sequencing, and pipeline management. - Craft personalized outreach for key accounts and decision-makers (Digital, eCommerce, Innovation Heads). - Qualify leads and set up product demos with the sales leadership. - Collaborate with marketing to support event-based campaigns and follow-ups. - Maintain clean CRM records, track conversion rates, and report weekly performance metrics. You’re a Great Fit If You - Have 6 months–1 year of experience in outbound or inside sales (B2B SaaS / eCommerce tech preferred). - Are proficient with HubSpot CRM, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator — non-negotiable. - Are confident with cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach programs. - Understand how to personalize messaging and build relationships over time. - Are organized, metrics-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment. Bonus: Familiarity with global fashion or retail brand ecosystems.
