Position Overview

You operate as the Founder’s strategic right hand, converting ideas into clear plans and shipping results that accelerate company growth. You gain a 360-degree view of building a technology business from scratch and carve a path to owning a function or P&L. You tackle 0-to-1 problems and scaling initiatives across strategy, product, and operations, ensuring decisions happen fast and execution meets a high bar.


Role & Responsibilities

  • Translate founder vision into actionable projects and drive them to completion.
  • Partner with the founder on high-impact 0-to-1 problems and scaling initiatives across strategy, business, product, and operations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to enable faster decisions and flawless execution.
  • Manage multiple strategic and tactical workstreams at once in a highly ambiguous environment.
  • Build processes and structure that support rapid growth while maintaining quality.


Must have Criteria

  • 4+ years of experience in high-pace environments such as high-growth startups, management consulting, or investment banking.
  • Demonstrated record of excellence in a tangible academic or professional field.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and comfort making sense of ambiguity.
  • Bias for action, ownership, and hustle; you get things done fast.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with an ability to handle nuance.
  • Continuous learner driven by curiosity and humility.


Nice to Have

  • Experience shadowing or directly supporting startup founders.
  • Process-oriented mindset that adds structure to fast-evolving settings.
  • Exposure to B2B SaaS or accounting firm environments.
