As we expand our Applied AI portfolio, we are looking for a Chief of Staff to partner closely with our SVP of Applied AI in driving strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment.

Role Overview

The Chief of Staff will act as a strategic thought partner and execution driver for the SVP, Applied AI. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of AI strategy, operations, and executive leadership. You’ll orchestrate critical programs, manage executive communications, align cross-functional teams, and ensure the Applied AI organization runs with clarity and velocity.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Execution
• Partner with the SVP, Applied AI to shape and drive the Applied AI strategy, OKRs, and business priorities.
• Translate high-level vision into clear execution roadmaps across multiple product lines and initiatives.
• Drive quarterly business reviews, executive reporting, and board-level narratives.

Operational Excellence

• Design and manage operational cadences (weekly exec syncs, cross-functional standups, quarterly reviews).
• Ensure alignment across product, engineering, GTM, partnerships, and customer success teams.
• Identify gaps, risks, and bottlenecks proactively and drive solutions to keep initiatives on track.

Cross-Functional Orchestration

• Act as the connective tissue between Applied AI and other functions (Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, HR).
• Coordinate special projects such as customer pilots, AI model evaluations, or enterprise rollouts.
• Represent the SVP in internal and external forums when needed.

Executive Communications

• Craft presentations, briefs, and thought-leadership content for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare the SVP for executive meetings, keynotes, and customer engagements.
• Ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment in all messaging across the org.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in strategy, product, consulting, or operations, preferably in AI/tech companies or high-growth startups.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, agentic AI systems, and enterprise adoption patterns.
• Exceptional skills in strategic planning, problem-solving, and structured communication.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional programs and senior executive stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high levels of ownership.
• MBA / advanced degree preferred but not required.
