Integrations Engineer

As an Integrations Engineer at Raga AI, you will play a crucial role in designing and executing technical solutions that connect Raga AI with the healthcare ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include managing integrations development across FHIR, HL7, APIs, and RPA-based solutions such as Selenium. You will design and implement core infrastructure for connecting to a variety of EHR systems, ranging from SMB tools to enterprise-grade platforms like Epic, Cerner, Athena, DrChrono, eCW, Healthie, and Practice Fusion. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with co-founders to set integration strategy, work with customers to gather requirements, and mentor the integrations engineering team as the company grows. Key Responsibilities: - Manage integrations development across FHIR, HL7, APIs, and RPA-based solutions (e.g., Selenium). - Design and implement core infrastructure for connecting to various EHR systems. - Partner with co-founders to set integration strategy and make build-vs-buy decisions. - Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to bridge integrations with applied GenAI systems. Qualifications Required: - Deep expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and Python. - Proven experience integrating with multiple EHR systems across SMB and enterprise environments. - Hands-on experience with FHIR, HL7, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and hybrid/on-prem systems. - Background in customer-facing engineering roles. - Startup mindset: thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and take ownership of problems end-to-end. - Bonus: exposure to Applied GenAI, LLMOps, and healthcare AI deployments.
