About The Role
StackOne is growing fast, and at the core of our platform is the
Unified API & Integration Engine
that powers our developer experience and the actions agents rely on. We’re hiring
Integrations Engineers
to help us build and scale that foundation.You’ll work across our integration engine, collaborating with the team to design and implement high-quality, reliable, and developer-friendly APIs & AI Actions that map across hundreds of third-party systems.This role is ideal if you care about API ergonomics, integrations & developer experience, and the underlying systems that make integrations robust and secure. You’ll work closely with product, infra, and AI teams - this is a pivotal role in shaping how we connect the world’s software to Agents.
Responsibilities
- Develop internal tooling and abstractions to help us ingest, normalize, and unify third-party APIs across domains like HR, CRM, ERP, LMS, and more
- Write clean, testable code and perform thoughtful code reviews with a focus on maintainability and performance
- Help improve and enforce standards for data modeling, authentication, retries, pagination, and observability
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and AI teams to shape how actions are surfaced and called by agents
- Stay current on integration patterns, API trends, and new tools, then bring those insights into how we build
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience building Integrations and interacting with APIs
- Experience working with OAuth, webhook systems, or complex auth flows
- Proficient at using terminals and CLIs
- Practical knowledge of TypeScript & Node.js
- Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset
- Exposure to Docker, testing frameworks, and modern deployment practices
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with OAuth, webhook systems, or complex auth flows
- You’ve built or operated real-time pipelines using queues, pub-sub, or streaming systems
- You’ve managed cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS)
- You’ve used or contributed to Ruby/Rails systems in the past
- You’ve worked on integrations in domains like HRIS, CRM, ERP, or similar systems
