Chief of Staff

Role Overview: As the Chief of Staff (Business Management Consultant) at Andheri (Mumbai), your role will involve collaborating with business heads and founders to develop and implement strategic initiatives. You will conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and challenges. Additionally, you will analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements. Your responsibility will be to develop detailed business plans, including financial modeling and forecasting. Providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making will be crucial. You will drive key projects and initiatives from conception through successful implementation and prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and reports to stakeholders. Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning will also be part of your role. Assisting in change management and organizational development efforts and mentoring and guiding junior team members as needed are also expected.
