Chief Marketing Officer

As a Marketing Manager in our company, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, customer acquisition, and business growth. You will oversee and optimize digital campaigns across various channels such as SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Influencer Marketing to drive measurable results. Your role will involve creating and implementing data-driven strategies for customer acquisition, engagement, and long-term retention. Additionally, you will conduct market analysis to understand consumer behavior, identify trends, and refine targeting and messaging. Monitoring and optimizing key performance metrics like ROI, CAC, CLV, and Conversion Rates across all marketing channels will be crucial. Your responsibilities will also include recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing marketing team comprising specialists in content, social media, PR, and sales support. You will be expected to present clear marketing plans, campaign reports, and growth strategies to the leadership team and stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - MBA in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field. - Proven experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, SEMrush, Canva, etc. - Strong command over brand building, performance marketing, and consumer behavior analytics. - Proficiency with data analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau, or similar. - Exceptional communication, team leadership, and creative problem-solving abilities. Preferred Experience: - Prior roles as Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, or Growth Manager in startups or tech-driven product companies. - Experience in consumer tech, beauty, salon, or FMCG industries is a strong plus. - Demonstrated ability to scale marketing operations from early-stage to growth phase. Please note that this is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra. You should have at least 5 years of experience in Consumer Tech, Beauty Tech, or Startup industries. The work location is in person, and you should be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work. A Bachelor's degree is required for this role.,
