1. Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

About the CHRO Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Lead workforce planning, organizational development, and talent strategy.
  • Champion a strong and inclusive company culture.
  • Manage talent acquisition, leadership development, and succession planning.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and executive rewards programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor regulations and internal policies.
  • Optimize HR technology, data analytics, and people processes.
  • Lead and develop the HR team for operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10–15+ years of senior-level HR experience, with proven executive leadership.
  • Strong background in culture building, organizational design, and people strategy.
  • Experience managing large HR teams and enterprise-level programs.
  • Certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD a plus.

2. Payroll Specialist

About the Payroll Specialist Role

Payroll Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll for all employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, deductions, benefits, and timekeeping data.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
  • Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare payroll reports.
  • Coordinate with Finance for audits, budgeting, and monthly closing.
  • Provide support to employees regarding payroll inquiries.
  • Assist in HR operations where necessary (e.g., data entry, reporting).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of payroll processing experience.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., SAP, ADP, Workday, etc.).
  • High accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
  • Understanding of tax regulations and payroll compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
