Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  1. Strategic Leadership

    • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organizations vision, mission, and goals.
    • Partner with the CEO and leadership team to shape the company culture and organizational design.
  2. Talent Management

    • Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and retention strategies.
    • Build leadership development programs and manage high-potential employee initiatives.
  3. Employee Engagement & Culture

    • Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
    • Design initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
  4. Compensation & Benefits

    • Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
    • Ensure equitable and performance-linked pay structures.
  5. HR Operations & Compliance

    • Establish and update HR policies, procedures, and SOPs in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Ensure proper handling of employee relations and grievance management.
  6. Performance & Learning

    • Drive performance management systems that align individual goals with organizational objectives.
    • Oversee training and development programs to upskill employees and strengthen leadership.
  7. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)

    • Champion DEI initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  8. Change Management

    • Lead organizational transformation, change management, and workforce adaptability initiatives.
  9. Technology & HR Analytics

    • Leverage HR technology, HRIS, and analytics for informed decision-making.
    • Monitor HR metrics to track efficiency, turnover, and productivity.
  10. Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and the Board on human capital matters.
  • Represent the organization in industry forums, HR associations, and external networks.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development.
  • Proven track record in building high-performing teams and scaling HR systems.
