Job Description

About Us:

Role Overview:

This is a hybrid role that combines the responsibilities of a CMO, CGO, and CBO until the company reaches a scale where functions split into specialized leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy & Leadership

Define and lead the company’s growth roadmap across marketing, sales enablement, partnerships, and customer lifecycle.
Translate company vision into actionable GTM strategies.

Marketing & Brand

Own positioning, messaging, and demand generation campaigns.
Build TheHireHub.Ai brand into a thought leader in AI and HR-tech.
Oversee digital marketing, PR, content, and community growth.

Revenue & Partnerships

Develop partnerships with HR-tech ecosystems, ATS providers, and enterprises.
Drive pipeline growth, lead conversion, and revenue expansion strategies.
Collaborate with sales teams to refine acquisition and retention playbooks.

Product Go-to-Market

Launch and scale new AI-driven product offerings.
Conduct customer and market research to strengthen product-market fit.

Team & Culture

Build and mentor a high-performing growth/marketing team.
Foster a culture of experimentation, agility, and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

5–8 years of experience in growth, marketing, or business leadership roles, ideally in AI-first SaaS companies.
Proven track record of building and scaling products from 0→1 and 1→N.
Strong expertise in B2B SaaS GTM, demand generation, partnerships, and enterprise marketing.
Excellent storytelling and positioning skills, with the ability to communicate the value of complex AI products simply.
Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on execution levels.
Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership, ambition, and adaptability.
