Wembrace is looking for a CFO to own the financial strategy and execution across our oncology-focused manufacturing and institutional supply ecosystem. If you love clean numbers, strong controls, and real business impact—this one’s for you.
• Financial strategy, annual plan, forecasting, and high-quality MIS
• Working capital + cash flow discipline (no surprises, no excuses)
• Finance: costing, margin improvement, variance controls, capex support
• Institutional business finance: tenders, BG/LC/EMD governance, pricing support, receivables/claims tracking
• Compliance and audits: Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, TDS; statutory + internal audits
• Treasury and banking: funding strategy, limits, lender/auditor relationships
• Team building + systems: stronger processes, ERP/MIS automation, standard reporting across functions
• CA (preferred)
• 15+ years in finance leadership in pharma/manufacturing
• Strong controllership + business partnering mindset
• Proven experience in treasury, working capital, audits, taxation, and cost management
• Comfort working across multiple locations (HQ + plant + supply chain offices)
