✅ Lead all financial planning, budgeting, analysis, reporting & risk management.
✅ Oversee capital raising activities (debt & equity) and investor relations.
✅ Develop robust tax strategies to optimize liabilities and ensure compliance.
✅ Manage treasury operations, liquidity, working capital & capital structure.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, bankers, and financial institutions.
✅ Provide strategic financial insights to the leadership team to enable informed business decisions.
✔️ Minimum 15 years of progressive finance experience with at least 5–7 years in senior leadership roles in the FMCG or related sectors.
✔️ Experience in capital raising, due diligence, and managing relationships with investors & the Board.
✔️ Deep understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and corporate governance.
✔️ Strong strategic mindset with excellent negotiation, leadership & communication skills.
