Description
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the organization, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting, as well as managing risk and ensuring compliance. The CFO plays a critical role in strategic leadership and will be instrumental in driving the company’s financial health and long-term sustainability. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will contribute to overall business strategy, growth initiatives, and operational execution. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic financial leadership and develop financial strategies aligned with company goals. Oversee the preparation of financial statements, management reports, budgets, and forecasts. Manage the company’s capital structure, including fundraising and investor relations. Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and financial transactions. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and financial regulations (e.g., GAAP, IFRS). Lead the finance, accounting, tax, audit, and treasury functions. Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations for short- and long-term planning. Assess financial risks and implement effective internal controls. Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure financial alignment with business strategy. Manage relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, investors, and regulatory bodies. Identify and implement cost-efficiency initiatives and operational improvements. Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 20+ yrs of experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in a CFO or senior financial leadership role. In-depth knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and risk management. Strong expertise in financial analysis, planning, and forecasting. Hands-on experience in handling both statutory and internal audits . Experience working in companies with international projects . Background in organizations with a turnover of ₹100–200 crore is required. Prior experience working in or with government domain projects is preferred. Show more Show less
