Chartered Accountant

• Full leadership of Accounts & Finance for a large manufacturing setup

• Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and governance

• Banking relations, credit facilities, loan structuring, treasury management

• GST strategy, audits, assessments, and complete statutory compliance

• Income Tax planning, representations, and risk mitigation

• Balance sheet control, MIS, costing, and financial accuracy

• Coordination with statutory/internal/government auditors

• Representing the company with banks, auditors, clients, and EPC partners

• CA with 15–20+ years of experience in finance & accounts

• Ability to lead teams, strengthen systems, and influence strategy

• Experience with EPC/engineering/industrial organizations is an added advantage
