Roles & Responsibilities. Increase the sales results by developing an overall sales strategy for our existing product group, namely furniture components. Responsible for OEM and Dealer Business Regular relationship development with Architects, Consultant, Engineers, Designers and customers. Detailed technical presentations & discussions with the customers, preparing proposals, cost estimations and quotations. Organize and execute product presentations at trade shows, events. Develop, implement and maintain monthly sales tracking systems such as sales reports. Visit customers regularly to understand their business, buying patterns, industry standards, technical requirements, etc. Responsible for service the existing customers & new market development. Assistance in effective Credit Management with the help of marketing tools. Ensuring timely collection of Sales Tax statutory forms from Customers. Leading a team of sales executive or Area sales managers Knowledge of respective Territory Handling and settlement of claims. Awareness of industry, market &legislative drivers the processes are maintained. Maintain customers and their competitor’s strength weaknesses opportunities threat profile. Closely working with Channel partners, OEM’s & Influencers to develop sales. Implementing marketing strategies in his Area Increase primary & secondary sales, closely working with Dealer/distributors . Maintaining good relation with OEM's, Meeting influencers regularly to strong bond Competencies. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational, planning, communication, Sales experience in furniture components such as edge-bands, laminates, Ply boards, particle boards, hardware, glue Aggressive and productive approach to sales Proven Relationship building capability and ability. Excellent presentation skills for large and small group. . Excellent Presentation skill, Analytical skills & problem solving skills. Good planning and organizational skills.
