Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities.  Increase the sales results by developing an overall sales strategy for our existing product group, namely furniture components.  Responsible for OEM and Dealer Business  Regular relationship development with Architects, Consultant, Engineers, Designers and customers.  Detailed technical presentations & discussions with the customers, preparing proposals, cost estimations and quotations.  Organize and execute product presentations at trade shows, events.  Develop, implement and maintain monthly sales tracking systems such as sales reports.  Visit customers regularly to understand their business, buying patterns, industry standards, technical requirements, etc.  Responsible for service the existing customers & new market development.  Assistance in effective Credit Management with the help of marketing tools.  Ensuring timely collection of Sales Tax statutory forms from Customers.  Leading a team of sales executive or Area sales managers  Knowledge of respective Territory  Handling and settlement of claims.  Awareness of industry, market &legislative drivers the processes are maintained.  Maintain customers and their competitor’s strength weaknesses opportunities threat profile.  Closely working with Channel partners, OEM’s & Influencers to develop sales. Implementing marketing strategies in his Area  Increase primary & secondary sales, closely working with Dealer/distributors . Maintaining good relation with OEM's, Meeting influencers regularly to strong bond Competencies. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational, planning, communication, Sales experience in furniture components such as edge-bands, laminates, Ply boards, particle boards, hardware, glue Aggressive and productive approach to sales Proven Relationship building capability and ability. Excellent presentation skills for large and small group. . Excellent Presentation skill, Analytical skills & problem solving skills. Good planning and organizational skills. Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Able to multi-task Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Able to multi-task Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Language: English (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 75% (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 15/06/2025
