Role & responsibilities

Lead the finance function, drive profitability, strengthen controls, and partner with promoters/board to support growth and operational discipline across multiple manufacturing units.

Manage
P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Budgeting & MIS
Oversee
costing, plant finance, inventory & production controls
Handle
banking, working capital, LC/BG, treasury & credit lines
Ensure compliance with
GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, audits
Manage
imports, trade finance & international procurement documentation
Build strong
SOPs, ERP discipline, governance & internal controls
Lead and mentor the finance team; present monthly performance to promoters/board

Preferred candidate profile

CA (Mandatory)
1222 years
of post-qualification experience
Strong exposure to
manufacturing finance & plant operations
Expertise in
costing, working capital, banking & compliance
Experience in industries likePaper & Pulp
chemicals, textiles, steel, FMCG, engineered materials, packaging, etc.
Hands-on, disciplined, and comfortable in
promoter-driven environments
Strong communication & leadership skills
