Job Description

As the Chief Financial Officer at Sahu Group India, your role involves providing leadership and direction to the financial function of the group, encompassing automobile dealership, manufacturing, hospitality, entertainment, and real estate businesses. Your main responsibilities include: - Developing and executing the group's financial strategy in alignment with business vision and growth objectives. - Partnering with business heads to drive profitability, cost efficiency, and sustainable financial performance across all verticals. - Providing strategic insights for business expansion, diversification, and restructuring decisions. - Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring across group companies. - Implementing a group-level performance dashboard and KPIs for continuous tracking of business unit results. - Ensuring effective working capital management and optimizing cash flows across businesses with different capital cycles. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be involved in: - Developing management reporting systems and an ERP-based dashboard. - Overseeing the group's treasury operations, liquidity management, and capital allocation. - Formulating policies on legal exposure/standing, financial governance, and compliance. - Providing business-specific financial leadership for various entities within the group. - Implementing advanced financial systems for integrated reporting and analytics. - Assessing capital projects, business acquisitions, and investment options. - Representing the group to investors, analysts, and financial institutions. Your qualifications should include a B. Com, CA, and MBA (Finance) degree with at least 20+ years of experience, including 5+ years as a CFO of a diversified business group. Key performance factors include a thorough understanding of GAAP, IFRA, Accounting Methods & Laws, governance, risk management, and leadership skills. Location: Lucknow, India Make sure to build relationships with bankers and stakeholders, negotiate credit lines, and maintain suitable cash flow levels. Your role also involves supporting potential IPOs, joint ventures, or mergers and acquisitions. Insurance management for fixed and current assets within budgeted costs is also part of your responsibilities. Ensure to report to the Managing Director and the Board of the Company in a hierarchical relationship. Good communication, strategic acumen, and leadership skills are essential for this role.,
