What You’ll Do: You’ll be the engine behind Don Miller’s next phase of growth. Your scope will span across: 1. Brand & Business Ownership Take complete ownership of the brand’s performance across channels (online and offline) Monitor and improve sales, pricing, margins, and inventory health Plan promotions, discounting, and seasonal campaigns 2. Product Development & Pricing Work closely with the design team to identify new product development opportunities Utilize data driven insights from online and offline sales to inform product development Perform competitive research to identify product pricing that aligns with the brand while being competitive 3. Marketing & Content Coordinate with designers and photographer on staff to plan and produce content for Instagram, website and ads Work with internal team on copywriting, visuals, influencer campaigns and collaborations as needed Own the social media calendar and brand voice consistency 4. E-commerce & Website Management Manage the Shopify store (product uploads, collections, pricing, landing pages, basic troubleshooting) Track conversion metrics, bounce rates, and funnel drop-offs to optimize performance Work closely with the performance marketing agency on Meta and Google campaigns 5. Retail & Offline Growth Support execution and tracking of the brand’s first retail kiosk Monitor kiosk performance and drive actionable insights Explore expansion opportunities, recommend next steps 6. Operations & Coordination Work with logistics and customer service to ensure smooth order flow and issue resolution Liaise with merchandising and inventory teams to plan product availability Troubleshoot issues related to packaging, returns, QC, etc. Who You Are: A doer with an entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable working without a playbook 5+ years of experience in D2C, marketing, e-commerce, or early-stage startups Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand numbers and act on them Familiar with tools like Shopify, Canva, Google Sheets, Meta Ads Manager, etc. Great communicator, self-organized, and willing to get your hands dirty Excited about building something meaningful while wearing multiple hats Why Join Us? Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail in managing product specifications, timelines, and client requests. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with both internal teams and external clients.
