Chief Finance Officer (CA) Real Estate

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in the Real Estate sector and a professional qualification as a CA. The ideal candidate will lead the company’s financial operations, support business growth, oversee compliance, manage investments, and drive financial strategies that strengthen organizational performance.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.Manage cash flow, fund allocation, working capital, and banking operations.Ensure accurate financial statements, MIS reporting, and analysis for management decision-making.Lead project financial planning including costing, revenue projections, feasibility studies, and ROI analysis for real estate projects.Monitor compliance with statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements (GST, Income Tax, RERA, ROC, etc.).Develop strategies for fundraising, investor relations, and financial risk management.Oversee audits, internal controls, and financial governance across the organization.Lead due diligence for land acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships.Manage vendor payments, client billing, and collection processes with strong financial discipline.Collaborate closely with Sales, Projects, and Legal teams to ensure project profitability and financial accuracy.Provide financial insights to support management in long-term planning and strategic decisions.Guide and mentor the finance team to maintain high performance and operational excellence.Required Qualifications & SkillsCA qualified with 10–20 years of overall experience, including strong experience in Real Estate.In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, taxation laws, RERA compliance, and project financing.Strong analytical, leadership, and strategic planning abilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in financial modelling, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.Demonstrated ability to handle multiple large-scale real estate projects.Preferred AttributesExperience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate projects.Strong negotiation skills with banks, investors, and financial institutions.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.High integrity, professionalism, and sound judgement.Salary: Competitive and based on experience
