Responsibilities

• Budget Management: Develop and manage the Digital Transformation and IT budget, ensuring cost-effective investments in technology that support business goals.
• Resource Management: Oversee the allocation and management of IT resources, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Digital Transformation Leadership: Drive digital transformation initiatives, with a well designed IT strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with group's vision and business goals to enhance customer experiences.
• Operational efficiency: Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital initiatives and IT operations, optimize business processes through automation and digital tools to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Business Partnership: Strategically partner with business units to enable the development of world-class technology processes and systems across key operations.
• Innovation and Technology Adoption: Foster a culture of innovation by identifying and integrating new digital technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• IT Governance and Security: Establish robust IT policies, procedures, and governance mechanisms to ensure secure and effective IT operations.
• Brand Positioning: Ensure Adani's brand values are shown in all interactions. Strengthen relationships to boost the organization's brand and trust within the market and company.
• Team Development: Build a high-performing team. Set clear KPIs, track progress, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Promote a respectful and safe workplace, lead collaborative and productive teams, and mentor for growth and success. Tracks and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital business success.
