🧭 Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Digital Officer (CDO) to lead our digital transformation across the APAC region. This executive role will be responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive digital strategy that enhances client experience, drives operational efficiency, and positions the firm as a digital leader in the professional services sector.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of business acumen, technological expertise, and leadership experience to inspire innovation and deliver measurable impact across our digital initiativeS

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Digital Strategy & Transformation

• Develop and execute a region-wide digital strategy aligned with global business objectives

• Lead digital transformation initiatives across service lines, operations, and client engagement

• Identify and implement emerging technologies to improve service delivery and client outcomes

🔹 Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and mentor a high-performing digital team of 40 professionals across India and APAC

• Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement

• Collaborate with regional and global leadership to align digital goals with business strategy

🔹 Client Experience & Innovation

• Enhance digital touchpoints and platforms to elevate client experience

• Drive the development of digital products, tools, and services tailored to client needs

• Champion data-driven decision-making and digital personalization

🔹 Technology & Data Governance

• Oversee the selection, implementation, and integration of digital platforms and tools

• Ensure data privacy, cybersecurity, and compliance with regional regulations

• Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure digital ROI and performance

🧠 Qualifications & Experience

• 12+ years of experience in digital leadership roles, preferably in professional services or consulting

• Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation across multiple geographies

• Strong understanding of digital platforms, data analytics, AI/ML, and cloud technologies

• Experience managing cross-functional and multicultural teams

• MBA or Master’s in Business, Technology, or related field preferred
