🧭 Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Digital Officer (CDO) to lead our digital transformation across the APAC region. Based in Singapore this executive role will be instrumental in modernizing service delivery, enhancing client engagement, and embedding digital innovation into the core of our professional services operations.

The CDO will oversee a team of 20 digital professionals and collaborate with global and regional leaders to drive strategic initiatives that position the firm as a digital-first leader in the APAC market.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Digital Strategy & Transformation

• Define and execute a comprehensive digital roadmap tailored to the APAC region

• Lead transformation initiatives across consulting, legal, and advisory service lines

• Identify and implement emerging technologies to improve client delivery and operational efficiency

🔹 Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing digital team of 20 across APAC markets

• Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous learning

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed digital thinking across the organization

🔹 Client Experience & Innovation

• Enhance digital client engagement platforms and tools

• Drive the development of digital products and services that support advisory, compliance, and delivery

• Leverage data and analytics to personalize client experiences and improve outcomes

🔹 Technology & Governance

• Oversee the implementation and integration of digital platforms and cloud-based solutions

• Ensure compliance with APAC-specific data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards

• Define KPIs and frameworks to measure digital performance, adoption, and reporting.

🧠 Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of digital leadership experience in a professional services environment

• Proven success in leading digital transformation across diverse and regulated markets

• Deep understanding of digital platforms, data analytics, AI/ML, and cloud technologies

• Experience managing cross-functional and multicultural teams

• Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred
